Orders and payment

Products, availability, currency, final price and payment methods are confirmed in Shopify checkout. An order is accepted when you receive confirmation. We may cancel an unavailable order and refund any amount paid.

Legal age

By ordering, you confirm that you are legally old enough to buy and receive alcohol in your country. The carrier may request identification on delivery.

Shipping, duties and taxes

Shipping is free on orders of €200 or more. Available countries, costs and estimated timing appear at checkout. Import duties, taxes or local restrictions shall be the recipient's responsibility. We do not ship where wine sales or delivery are prohibited.

Returns and damaged goods

For damaged or incorrect goods, or a delivery problem, contact us promptly with the order number and photographs. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected. For safety, do not send wine back without instructions.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. Images are illustrative; vintage, label and packaging may vary without changing the essential characteristics shown at checkout.
